ATTENTION: This enrollment form is for conference sponsors, exhibitors, and recruiters only. Early enrollment will allow BPIA to include your company name and logo in promotional materials for general registration to be circulated beginning on August 1, 2020.  

Exhibitors and Sponsors: 

Upon confirmation of your enrollment as an exhibitor or sponsor, you will be contacted by a BPIA representative to follow up:  

(1) Next steps and instructions on how you, your representatives, and/or your complimentary attendees can join the conference on the Hopin platform.  

(2) Submission of the logo to be included in the promotional material beginning August 1. 

(3) Information regarding the live conference run-through for representatives in breakout rooms (about a week before).  

(4) Technical support and BPIA point of contact to answer any questions you may have.

The International Association of Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA) has the Federal tax-exempt status as a 501(c) (3) association to the extent permitted by Federal and/or State laws. Participant registrations, fees, and donations support student scholarships and BPIA programs.
